Today is the ninth of January, well what have I been up to lately? Well I had quite the unpleasant night since the air con in my room does not function, I was cooked alive in my bed. My sister slept on the couch cause she felt like it, tonight I'm going to swap with her since the air con works outside. My dad was suppose to arrive in Guangzhou this morning around 5 am however his flight was delayed due to thunderstorms so he flew this morning, he's destined to arrive around 6 I think. Well this morning, my uncle invited us to lunch with him and a family friend at a restaurant in Holiday Inn. Dude, they barely ate anything so I had to eat it all since they were paying for us, I felt bad wasting food. We went back to the hotel room but it turns out my sister took the wrong hotel card, It was the card for my mums room so a dilemma had arose. However, I remember to take mine so everything was cool. Now I'm chilling in my room watching the discovery channel being one of many english-speaking channels they offer here. Oh and everytime I turn on the tv, the hotel information channel pops up and they play this annoying ass song but I think I'm hooked to it now. Well last night I tinychatted Qin and Jess while Kim rejected the offer cause she rather watch Hawaii but its cool ITS COOL. Yeah it was fun catching up with em. Then I hit the gym. I died after the run. Running's good. Came back to the hotel, showered and slept.

Well I've been in hk for the past 3 days and I've had no net until now. Didn't do much unfortunately, the whole place is beautiful though, the vibe, the streets, the claustrophobia. Chicks are cuter here then the mainland. However the only places I've been are like universities cause my parents want me to consider to go Uni here particularly HKU since "there are more opportunities here than Australia" since they offer special programs that privilege oversea kids like us especially english speaking countries. They consider my atar and my portfolio which my parents composed without me knowing. idk guys what do you think. This place is great though. Anyways, a street behind where i live, is full of strip clubs which is totally awesome. It is very strange though how the chicks sit outside and lure you in. ALso fucking mtr is awesome. most efficient public transport in the world, Australia is nothing compared to an octopus card which is like an universal card for everything. Anways, I'm off to the harbour for a stroll, take some pics haha miss you guys so much. Went through pics last night when i got bored. Alright night!

Straight after the snow trip my foot was hurting so my uncle (another one who's a doctor) was like let me see it and then he was like OMG WE HAVE TO AMPUTATE and then i got all freaked out but it turns out it was just ingrown toenail (eughhhh). stupid ski boots. i knew they felt weird. lol. So basically after that all i've been doing is eating and sleeping and dreaming of the day when i can run. I swear to god i got fatter. well i feel fatter. sighs. so much for losing weight........==

But i must say the food here is sooooooooooo good it's hard not to get fat and everywhere i go there's just SO MUCH FOOD and as soon as i see it im like this uncontrollable monsterlike sped running through the streets unstoppable and everything is out to attack me with its deliciousness and im like I SURRENDER I'LL EAT YOU!!! sighs.

It's been snowing a lot here lately too. I dont know if it's because it doesn't snow in Australia or if it's because i havent seen the snow in a really long time but when it does snow i get so excited to the point where my sister ran away from me in the middle of the street because i was so embarrassing. But yeah i dont know what comes over me. Im full like ITS SNOWING omgomgomg

• Everyone was mad busy during the day but in the early evening - when the sun was still very high up - Jamie came and picked John and I up, we went and had drive-thru Maccas (fucking lol the irony) and whizzed off to Willow's
• And we played Cranium instead of Pictionary this time!
• Willow's mum made us nice pan-fried salmon and salad :))
• John and Jamie went to pick up Terry and then when he came back we played Pictionary WOO. And Jamie is so good at this game HAHA but somehow me and Ernest and Willow got ahead ?_?.
• Then we went to City!!! Had to put my legs on Wangays' legs in da car (soz Wngys) but other than that, woooo
• It was late by this time so I think we went and bought Midnight Maccas and omg the manager was so pissed off at the guy preparing the food. Started punching a wall and shit. Shiet man calm your balls. Oh and my chicken McBites were super dry and hard and really, really disgusting so I asked for new ones and I waited for ages but it was so worth it because they were nice as hell!!!
• And when we walked back Terry was off talking to Vivs and after ages we got a bit worried and J&J went to look for them while I was in the room by myself >.<"
• We didn't sleep until 5. They taught me how to play poker and they drank a bit and we kept asking Reception for stuff like toothbrushes and pillows and blankets and doonas. But the guy was really nice about it :)))))
• John wouldn't let me watch him brush his teeth (rofl) so I brushed it with him
  
• Got woken up four hours later :(. Kim was tehre yay! and then we had Info Day and I forgot Terry still had my phone so luckily I bumped into some friends who lent me their phone yay!
• Tried to walk to Star City from UTS and omg halfway was already 30 mins so I ended up catching a taxi haha. I'm always worried about getting taxies when I'm alone but then I remember it's broad daylight. (But still, I didn't have my phone!)
• Got back to the rooms and Amiejays was still sleeping pretty much. Made me sleepy tooo.
• Kim and Terry and John came back and we messed around in the rooms for a lil while before all of them went to gym and Kim and I just watched them.
• AND THEN they came back to the rooms and showered and I made an inadvertent 7-minute video, the last few minutes of which consist of Kim's crotch and mine sort of
  
• Oh and all day Terry kept trying to fart (and succeeded).
• Tried to book for Pancakes on the Rocks but they wouldn't LET US and so when we fucking got there we had to wait. Then I had my hand up for ages but they didn't see.
• And Kim had to leave soon after :(
• Then back to the room and I forgot what we did but we went back out twice to go to the Convenience Store, once for tuna and another to check up our UAC preferences :)
  
  And John needed shorts to wear, so . . .

• Aaaaaaand we slept pretty early and that was it!!
• In ze morn we went to this Japanese restaurant, Haru Haru, and it was brilliant, too bad I never finish my food lololol why. =_="
• YAY THAT'S IT AND MR O'S WEDDING IS TOMORROW FUCK YEAH! Hope it doesn't rain cause that will suck mega ass! (just checked the weather omg it's raining tomorrow AIYOH)

Alrighty now, woke up at 8, showered, changed, the usual, final checks on the luggage, left home at around 8:45. Arrived at airport, huge friggin line for the baggage check-in, took like an hour umm then we went through customs, metal detectors etc. Got on the plane just in time, it flew without fault surprisingly. Entertained myself on the plane by drinking cups of coffee and eating my mums & sister's meal. FRIGGIN PLANE FOOD IS EPIC!!! umm movies/shows on the plane were rubbish, the movies stopped half way, half of the time it was displaying the outside temperature of the plane, local/destination time and stuff that I didn't care about. This chick next to me, kept hitting on me, she couldn't stop smiling at me. She was 4. Get in there sun, with the LGs. Well few days later, we finally landed at Baiyun Airport, my uncle picked us up then we went straight to dindin at four seasons or something. Ate with grandparents, cousin, uncle and 2 family friends, the food is fucking awesome. Then headed back to the hotel, the realisation of getting my own suite made the trip far more enjoyable so far. Checked out the gym, pretty good. Presently chilling in my king sized bed. Goodbye kiddos, miss you so much.



P.S traffic laws do not exist in china, people riding bikes in the middle of a lane going the opposite way while cars refuse to give way to pedestrians on a pedestrian crossing.
